The editorial illustration
AI-generated editorial illustration of an API migration. An imagined scene, not a photograph, product screenshot or outage map.

- Why this image
- I chose an imagined archive with a closed old gate and two active research halls to make version migration and the choice between speed and depth visible. The paper, forest-green and sage palette belongs to Headless Thrones. The scene is a conceptual illustration, not evidence of a real service outage.

Editorial illustration for Headless Thrones about migrating a research agent from an old API route to two supported routes. A refined isometric miniature library-city at ocean level: a small old archive gate gently closed with a ribbon, while a clear walkway branches toward two active research halls, one compact with an open reading desk and one larger with layered archives and a tall observatory. A few proportionately tiny figures carry folders along the new paths; papers and connected lights suggest orderly information flow. Show continuity, careful maintenance and a choice between speed and depth, not destruction. Headless Thrones visual identity: warm cream #f4f1e8, deep forest #263d35, sage #9aaa81, ocean teal #103d4a, restrained warm ochre accents, fine architectural linework and tactile paper texture. Wide landscape composition, coherent building and person scale, plenty of breathing space. Clearly an imagined editorial illustration, not a real data center or a screenshot. No text, labels, logos, numbers, brands, robots, watermark or outer space.
